Sections of this document ↓
This text contains explanations on the usage and legal processes of the NEFES Ajansı service. In each section, data, authority and party responsibilities are assessed within their own scope.
Removing a social media connection
If your NEFES panel includes an available 'Channels / Accounts' section for your account, use the disconnect option for the relevant account. When this option is not offered, info@nefesajans.com send a request to the address with the business name linked to it and your user contact details.
You may also revoke the access granted to NEFES's authorized connection provider in the settings of the social network to which the account is connected. The mere disappearance of the connect button on the web does not mean that all historical data has been deleted at the same time.
Account and data deletion request
Send your request with the subject line 'NEFES data deletion / account closure' to info@nefesajans.com the address above, or submit a written application to our head office. Provide the account and business details needed to verify your identity securely; do not send your Turkish ID (T.C. kimlik) number or a photo of your ID by email.
Requests are assessed by separating the panel account, uploaded files, processing purposes, third-party data and commercial records that must be retained by law.
Which data is deleted and which may be retained?
When the legal conditions for deletion are met, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. However, invoices and accounting documents, records of ongoing disputes, or information required by applicable laws may be retained for specified periods.
Where the business is the data controller for message or comment processing carried out on its behalf, deletion or restriction requests are coordinated with the relevant business.
Response time and rights
Properly submitted applications under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) are concluded as soon as possible depending on the nature of the request, and within 30 days at the latest. Under the conditions set out in legislation, the data subject may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board against the data controller's response.
Cancelling a subscription, removing an authorized social connection and deleting data are separate processes; one does not mean the others have been completed automatically.
