This text contains explanations on the usage and legal processes of the NEFES Ajansı service. In each section, data, authority and party responsibilities are assessed within their own scope.
Our approach to privacy at NEFES
NEFES Ajansı is designed to provide social media content production, scheduling, account management and reporting services for businesses. The legal operator is TRADE YAZILIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. This policy does not replace the personal data notice; it should be read together with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law Notice.
Information the business keeps in the panel, brand kits, photos and videos, account connections and service correspondence is processed in line with the delivery of the relevant service. NEFES does not acquire a perpetual or unlimited publication right over any file uploaded to it.
Accounts and official connections
NEFES does not ask users for their Instagram or Facebook password to give to NEFES staff. The supported channels' own authorization screens are used. The access granted is limited to the scope permitted by the provider; where necessary, the account owner may use the permission revocation methods provided by the platform.
Third-party providers may also have their own security, service and data protection terms. A service being a provider does not mean it receives all data of all NEFES customers.
Visual and creative content
Real product, venue, logo and person photos uploaded by the customer may be used to prepare the service content. Customer materials are not automatically added to NEFES's public references without a separate portfolio, showcase or advertising permission.
AI-assisted editing and video creation may require processing of text, audio and images. In particular, images of third parties, processing permissions and changes affecting identity are handled separately. Non-real human depictions are not presented as real customer images.
Who can access?
Authorized representatives of the relevant business account, NEFES operations staff with the necessary duties, and only the technical providers required by the service used may access it. Apart from service delivery, security or legal obligations, the Company does not share customer content for unlimited purposes.
The location of platform and AI providers, their sub-processors and cross-border data transfer mechanisms are assessed based on the concrete integrations in use at the time the service is used.
Storage and security
Account, transaction, file and contract records may not be kept for the same period. Retention as needed, role-based access, secure authentication and disposal in accordance with law are observed. The exact disposal schedule should be put into internal practice once a complete inventory of actual systems has been compiled.
