This text contains explanations on the usage and legal processes of the NEFES Ajansı service. In each section, data, authority and party responsibilities are assessed within their own scope.
Which messages are covered by this policy?
NEFES Ajansı may wish to send SMS, email or other commercial electronic messages for the purposes of introducing new products or packages, campaigns, promotions, sales and marketing. A contact address being publicly available does not, on its own, mean unlimited marketing permission.
Transactional messages, such as account login codes, security alerts, contract or payment status updates and legal notices, are distinguished by purpose from marketing messages.
Consent and right to refuse
Where prior consent for commercial electronic messages is required, the request is separate from service acceptance and is optional; no pre-ticked marketing box is used. Declining consent does not unnecessarily affect access to core services.
Under Law No. 6563 and related regulations, prior consent may not be required for certain commercial messages sent to the electronic contact addresses of recipients who are merchants or craftsmen (tacir or esnaf). Nevertheless, when the right to refuse is exercised, that preference is respected. This exception does not exempt anyone from all rules on personal data processing and platform use.
What information is kept?
To the extent required by law, records may be kept of consent status, channel, date, the notice under which consent was obtained, refusal or withdrawal records, and technical delivery results. These records are not used without limit for other purposes.
Applicable obligations under the Message Management System (İYS) are fulfilled according to the channel used and the type of recipient; this page does not claim that İYS registration has been completed.
Changing your communication preferences
You can use the opt-out method provided in marketing messages. You can also info@nefesajans.com submit a request to stop receiving campaign communications through it. Opt-out requests are applied in accordance with applicable legislation.
Mandatory service-related verification and security messages continue to be treated separately from optional campaign messages.
