Timing and Scope of Pre-Information
In consumer relationships subject to the legislation on distance sales of services, the provider must clearly inform the buyer, before the order is placed, about the main features of the service, the total price including taxes, the payment method, performance conditions, the right of withdrawal and the ways to apply.
NEFES's core activity is B2B subscription. This form is not placed as a mandatory consumer form in place of the contract for commercial businesses.

Information to Be Shown Specifically on the Order Screen
- Identity and contact details of the buyer.
- Service name, the accounts or platforms on which it is provided, content type and quantities.
- Start date, duration of performance, delivery or access method and information to be provided by the customer.
- Total amount, VAT and taxes, additional service fees, payment and collection method.
- Renewal condition for a fixed-term service, commitment, or withdrawal or cancellation method.
- Right of withdrawal and, if any, a clear explanation of any exception that is legally applicable.
- Complaint and dispute application channels.
Consent and Retainable Record
Pre-contract information is presented so that consumers can access and understand it before the transaction, and the necessary confirmation mechanism is applied. The contract version, order summary and proof of acceptance are stored appropriately.
This public checklist alone does not prove that information about a specific order was provided or that the consumer's consent was obtained.
