NEFES matches real photos with brand memory to create visual layout, text, content plan and publish-ready formats. This guide explains how to assess a content preview; it is not a guarantee of unlimited free content or automatic video delivery within a set period.
Which two photos should you choose?
Photo 1 — strong product or service: Signature dish at a restaurant, real coffee at a café, authorized hair design at a hairdresser, a specific real room type at a boutique hotel.
Photo 2 — environment that ties the brand together: The business's real storefront, venue entrance, the salon's working area or the hotel's shared space.
It is important that both photos belong to the same business and the same narrative. Combining a restaurant's food with an interior photo of another café is not a correct demo.
Two-photo content production method in nine steps
| Step | Action taken | Real item checked |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Source | Get the original two photos | Rights holder, business, date |
| 2. Brand | Logo, color, typeface language and account name | Approved brand |
| 3. Product | Identify the product the image depicts | Real menu/service |
| 4. Framing | Try post and vertical format cropping | The whole product is not distorted |
| 5. Light | Make measured color and contrast corrections | Real product tone |
| 6. Text | Write a short headline and description | Price/feature is accurate |
| 7. Motion | Plan controlled pan/zoom from the photos | No imitation of a real shooting process |
| 8. Preview | Review the post and Reels draft side by side | Same brand identity |
| 9. Approval | Prepare a list of missing photos and changes | Publishing/delivery scope is clear |
This table is the division of tasks for photo processing and publishing steps. It does not guarantee that two photos will produce a strong short video of the same quality level for every business; the resolution and composition of the original photos set the limit.
What three elements make up a post preview?
Visual: Real photo of the product, with the brand's consistent color and layout approach.
Title: The real product or service name approved by the business owner. Not unsubstantiated superiority claims such as “the best in Türkiye” or “guaranteed results”.
Contact: Current menu, address, reservation or appointment link. If contact information is unavailable, ask for the correct record instead of adding a made-up phone number to the design.
Sample design logic: Product close-up → short natural title → the brand's real logo → a suitable short caption. If the first frame cannot be framed well, requesting a new photo is also the right production decision.
What does a Reels preview actually show?
A photo-based Reel should be presented as an edit of real photos, not footage of an event that was never filmed. Two photos can be used to build a short moving visual with controlled zoom-in, horizontal pan, the real product name, music/licensing, and simple transitions.
| Second | Content | Photo truthfulness |
|---|---|---|
| 0–4 | Measured zoom on the product photo | Real product and portion |
| 4–8 | Transition to the second venue photo | Real business |
| 8–12 | Brand and location/menu card | Approved information |
This 12-second example is a sample script; it is not Instagram's mandatory optimal duration or the video length delivered in every package. If the photo is not clear, do not force production; request new source material.
How does the demo check change by sector?
Burger shop: Confirm that the burger's bun, ingredients and actual portion remain unchanged; if there is takeaway service, check the real packaging.
Beauty salon: Check the rights and permissions for using the photo and showing the person, whether the actual result is preserved without artificial alteration, and whether the service is medical.
Boutique hotel: Do not pair a photo of one room with a different room type or a sea view that does not exist. Room type and the reality of the property are preserved.
Café: The product's cup and the drink/dessert actually displayed in the display case must be used with their correct names.
How do the demo and real customer delivery meet the same standard?
Adding a product, crowd or feature that does not exist in the preview just so it “looks like an ad,” and then removing them in the actual delivery, creates inconsistency. The preview must follow the same rules as delivery regarding real photos and brand accuracy.
NEFES' own fictional/illustrative brand showcase is kept separate from an example prepared for a real business. A synthetic example must not be described as a real customer success or a completed campaign.
What information should a business include when sending two photos?
- The business name and which branch/room type the photo belongs to
- Real product or service name, and a short approved feature if needed
- Usage rights for the photo and appropriate permission for any visible people
- Logo or brand colors
- Current contact person and the person who gives final content approval
This information forms a short brief. It sets the boundaries needed for brand accuracy without requiring long documents to be filled in.
Final decision: A good two-photo preview answers not “how creative an image can AI make up?” but “can we present our business's real product more professionally and consistently?”
Adapt this guide to your business
Preview the source photos in the format that will be used: if the product disappears in a vertical crop, choose a different frame. This guide explains a content preparation method; the free starter service is an Instagram analysis.
